Uniphos Dosimeter tube is a device, very similar to gas detector tubes, that provides the Concentration-Time product (Dose) of phosphine during the entire fumigation duration. But, unlike normal detector tubes, phosphine enters the dosimeter tube by natural diffusion.
Uniphos Multiport FumiTrack is a portable, programmable, fully automatic multi-port gas monitor for the periodic monitoring of Methyl Bromide during Fumigation. Housed in a tough Pelican Storm Case, it provides superior protection in tough environments. The multi-port FumiTrack is capable of periodic measurement from up to 4 ports at user-settable intervals. With the addition of an 8-port expansion pack, monitoring can be expanded from up to 12 ports. Equipped with the latest embedded and IoT technologies, the inbuilt GSM modem pushes data to the cloud and enables the user to remotely monitor gas concentration levels, with information like Cycle No., Date, Time, Site & Location. Once programmed, the FumiTrack will work automatically, without any human intervention, for the entire fumigation period, enabling the user to remotely monitor the fumigation from anywhere in the world.
Sulfuryl Fluoride is a colorless and odorless gas. It is used as a fumigant in structural and commodity fumigations to control dry wood termites, wood-infesting beetles, and other insects. Like any other fumigant, Inhalation of Sulfuryl Fluoride is very dangerous to human beings and can lead to serious illness or death. Hence, it is very important to monitor the gas concentrations inside the fumigated area space during the entire fumigation period.
The Uniphos FumiSpec-Hi is a fully automatic NDIR based Sulfuryl Fluoride analyzer. Housed in a rugged Pelican storm case it continuously monitors gas concentrations in the fumigated space. It can be used as a single port analyzer or as a multi-port analyzer when connected to an Expansion Pack. It is equipped with an inbuilt sampling pump and comes with User-Settable sampling time for each port. The USB interface present in the FumiSpec-Hi enables data logging and the data storage capacity depends on the memory of the flash drive connected to it.
The Uniphos FumiSpec-Lo is a Single Gas Sulfuryl Fluoride (SO2F2) measurement and alarm monitor designed for leak detection during the fumigation process and in the clearing procedure prior to re-entry. It is equipped with a non-dispersive infrared, dual wavelength sensor to detect low concentrations of Sulfuryl Fluoride. With user-settable data logging features the device can log gas concentration values with date and time.
FumiSpec-Lo has been approved by Douglas Products, USA, the owner of the Vikane® and ProFume® fumigant brand and is one of the few devices to pass rigorous testing by the USEPA (United States Environmental Protection Agency) for accuracy and false negatives at the clearance concentration of 1 ppm.
The Uniphos KwikAlert is a compact single gas, diffusion based personal monitor designed to monitor the work environment for dangerous levels of Methyl Bromide gas. Equipped with a bright and easy to read OLED display, the gas concentration is continuously displayed, and its user settable audio and visual alarms alert the user of dangerous levels of gas. With data logging available as standard, monitoring TWA and STEL limits is a breeze.
The MBr KwikAlert gas monitor can detect MBr in the range of 0 to 200 ppm, making it an ideal tool to both check for leaks around the fumigation chamber, as well as monitor the environment for dangerous levels of MBr.
FumiSense Pro-Lo is a handheld Phosphine monitor for monitoring phosphine levels outside the fumigated stack/ silo/ ship to check for leaks and to ensure the level of PH3 is less than the TLV. Equipped with an inbuilt air sampling pump and with the ability to measure PH3 up to 20 ppm, it is the perfect tool for this application. The backlit OLED display enables the user to read the instrument display even in the dark. With user settable datalogging features, the device logs gas concentration values with date, time and location.
