Phosphine detector strips alert workers of the presence of PH3 in dangerous levels. The strips change colour from their original yellow to pink when exposed to PH3 gas. The time it takes to change colour can be related to the PH3 gas concentration in the environment. They can be used to check the fumigated area for the presence of PH3 after aeration is complete and to confirm that the area is safe for re-entry. These strips can also be given to workers as badges when they are working in/near fumigated structures.
Remote calibration is the process of remotely triggering either zero or span calibration for a gas analyzer through a web portal. The remote calibration feature in the Uniphos CEMS not only enables access to the analyzer remotely but also assists in performing various activities like zeroing, calibration and validation of the analyzer remotely.
The Uniphos Oxygen Analyzer with Zirconia Oxygen sensor is a versatile analyzer offering oxygen concentration measurement in industrial stacks operating at high temperature and humidity. The sensor employs a well proven Zirconium Dioxide based element which gives a highly accurate linear output. The Analyzer is equipped with the latest embedded and IOT technologies which allows Auto/ Remote calibration as well as calibration with fresh air.
Chemical Oxygen demand is defined as the amount of oxygen required for the oxidation of all the organic compounds present in the water sample.
The portable, microprocessor based Uniphos COD analyzer operates on the non-dispersive absorption principle to measure COD of waste / effluent water samples. This easy to use battery operated analyzer features an easy to use intuitive interface and has in-built data logging facility as standard. The stored data can either be exported to a computer or printed as a report to a RS-232 printer.
A COD Digester is also provided with the COD analyzer for digestion of the water sample mixed with reagents. It is a robust instrument capable of accommodating 25 vials at a time. A PID controller in the digester ensures that all the samples are heated precisely to 150oC.

The Uniphos online COD analyzer is a programmable, fully automatic analyzer which measures COD of waste / effluent water samples using a direct method of analysis. This direct method involves oxidation of the sample by potassium dichromate and measurement by absorption of Cr3+ ions. No human intervention is required during the measurement as the analyzer is completely automated.
The inbuilt diagnostics feature gives an alarm if there are any faulty components or if the reagent level goes below the minimum level. Equipped with a next generation touchscreen HMI for display and programming, the analyzer provides a variety of data communication options such as RS-485 MODBUS and industry standard 4-20 mA analog output
The presence of Nitrogen in the form of Ammonium/ Ammonia is termed as Ammoniacal Nitrogen in the influent/ sample
The Uniphos online Ammoniacal Nitrogen analyzer is an accurate, stable and fully automatic analyzer designed to measure Ammoniacal Nitrogen of process / surface water samples using an electrochemical sensor. No human intervention is required during the measurement as the analyzer is completely automated.
The inbuilt diagnostics feature provides an alarm if there are any faulty components or if the reagent falls below the minimum level. Equipped with a next generation touchscreen HMI for display and programming, the analyzer provides a variety of data communication options such as RS-485 MODBUS and industry standard 4-20 mA analog output

Data acquisition is an important function in Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS). The main objective of the data acquisition system is to provide real time reports that can be used for compliance reporting, process improvements and environment performance management. With in-built GSM/LAN connectivity, the gas readings are uploaded to the cloud, where they can be viewed from anywhere in the world on a laptop or mobile device and alarm functions can easily be configured, allowing 24/7 continuous monitoring.
