Load testing and lifting appliances

Proof load testing with water bags and certified weights for davits, cranes, gangways and lifting points, together with thorough examination and certificates.

Davits, cranes and lifting points carry loads over people's heads. A load test shows that the structure, the brake and the wire rope can carry a load larger than they will ever be asked to carry, and gives the surveyor a certificate instead of an assumption.

We bring water bags or certified weights in the capacity the job requires, together with calibrated load cells, and plan the test around your cargo operations.
