VERTEX SAFETY DONATIM VE KORUMA TEKNOLOJİLERİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (Vertex Safety Türkiye) operates an integrated management system certified to ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment) and ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety) for the supply of safety equipment and related services. This policy is the framework of that system and a commitment of our top management; it is communicated to all employees and available to interested parties.
Scope
The policy covers all our activities, including product selection, purchasing, sales, shipping and after-sales support, as well as our employees and the suppliers and subcontractors who work on our behalf.
Quality
- Understand what the customer needs, recommend the right product for the job, and do what we promise in quotes, deliveries and support.
- Source products from manufacturers or authorised channels with valid certificates and documents, and base technical information on the manufacturer’s documents.
- Evaluate suppliers on product conformity, documentation and delivery performance.
- Record nonconformities and customer complaints, find the root cause and prevent recurrence.
- Set measurable quality objectives and monitor customer satisfaction regularly.
Environment
- Protect the environment and prevent pollution at the source.
- Reduce packaging, waste and energy use; separate waste and hand it over to licensed companies.
- Plan shipments to reduce the impact of transport.
- Take environmental impact into account when choosing products and suppliers.
Occupational health and safety
- Provide safe and healthy working conditions to prevent work-related injury and ill health.
- Identify and eliminate hazards, reduce remaining risks and provide the personal protective equipment needed.
- Follow the site rules and permit-to-work arrangements at customer sites.
- Consult our employees, ensure they take part in health and safety work, and encourage the reporting of near misses and incidents.

- Comply with applicable legislation and the obligations we have taken on towards customers and other interested parties.
- Set objectives, monitor performance and continually improve the management system.
- Train employees for their tasks and make sure they understand this policy.
- Provide the resources needed and review this policy regularly.
