Periodic maintenance and technical support
Maintenance and calibration planning, on-site periodic maintenance, fault service, spare parts and remote technical support for gas and fire detection systems, including systems installed by others.
Detection systems work quietly, and their problems usually grow quietly too. Sensors age, dust and moisture blind detectors, and a relay can sit for years without ever being tested. A real leak or a real fire is not the moment you want to find out whether the system works.
Good maintenance is not glamorous: it is planned, recorded and regular. We set up a maintenance calendar for your systems, schedule visits around the way your site operates and record every test. And when something does go wrong, you talk to a team that already knows your system.
Scope
We list your equipment, build a schedule for every detector and panel in line with the manufacturer's instructions and regulations, and remind you before dates come up.
Calibration with test gas, alarm threshold and relay checks, function tests of smoke, heat and flame detectors, panel and battery checks.
When a detector reports a fault, an alarm will not clear or communication drops out, we find the cause on site and fix it during the same visit where possible.
We track sensor life and plan replacements before failures occur. Sensors and spare parts for the brands we distribute come from stock or at short notice.
By phone or video call we help your team diagnose faults and answer questions about parameters, alarms and logs.
For systems installed by another company we start with a condition survey, report shortcomings in order of priority and then bring the system into our maintenance plan.
Intervals
| Equipment / task | Interval | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Calibration and function testing of fixed gas detectors | At the intervals set by the manufacturer; many manufacturers require calibration at least once a year | Manufacturer, EN 60079-29-2 |
| Periodic inspection of electrical equipment in hazardous areas | Should not exceed 3 years without expert advice | EN 60079-17 |
| Fire detection and alarm systems | At the intervals set by regulations and the manufacturer | Turkish regulation on fire protection of buildings, manufacturer |
What you receive

Frequently asked questions
Will you maintain a system installed by another company?
Yes. We start with a condition survey on site, checking detector positions, sensor life and past records. We report shortcomings in order of priority and then bring the system into our maintenance plan.
Does our site have to stop during maintenance?
Usually not. We test section by section, temporarily inhibit alarm and control outputs with your approval and restore them when the work is done. For critical areas we choose the timing with you.
