Fixed gas and fire detection projects

Survey, system design, product supply, installation, commissioning and periodic maintenance for fixed gas and fire detection: one team from start to finish, turnkey.

A gas detection system can look complete on paper and still miss a leak if the detectors are in the wrong place. Hydrogen rises to the ceiling, propane sinks to the floor, and ventilation or wind can carry gas to a corner nobody expected. A good system starts with the right questions on site, not with a catalogue.

That is why we begin with a site survey. We get to know your facility, your process and your gases, and agree with you on detector locations, alarm thresholds and control scenarios. Then we supply the equipment, run the installation, commission the system, train your team and take on the maintenance. One point of contact and one file from start to finish.

We follow the same path in fire detection: selecting and positioning smoke, heat and flame detectors, configuring panels and scenarios, testing and periodic maintenance.

Scope

Survey and risk assessment

On site we look at gas sources, likely leak points, ventilation and hazardous area zones, and agree with you which gas must be detected, where and at what level.

System design

Detector layout, sensor technology suited to the gas and the environment, alarm thresholds, relay and control scenarios, and integration with existing fire detection or automation where needed.

Product selection and supply

Gas transmitters, controllers, flame and smoke detectors, sensors and spare parts. We choose the brand that fits the project and supply directly for the brands we distribute.

Installation and commissioning

Installation is carried out by our own team or together with your electrical contractor. At commissioning every detector is calibrated with test gas, and alarm thresholds, relays and scenarios are tested one by one.

Training and documentation

We walk your operators and maintenance staff through the system and hand over the layout, test records and calibration certificates in a single handover file.

Periodic maintenance

We do not walk away after commissioning: calibration, sensor replacement and function tests continue on a set maintenance plan.

What you receive

  • Project file with detector layout, alarm thresholds and control scenario
  • Commissioning report with calibration and function test records for every detector, including test gas lot numbers
  • Training for users and maintenance staff, with a signed attendance record
  • A periodic maintenance and calibration plan specific to the system

Frequently asked questions

What do you need to start a project?

A site layout, a list of the gases in your process or storage and, if you have one, your explosion protection document. If these are not ready yet, we put them together with you during the survey.

Can we buy only the products?

Of course. If your design is ready, we supply the products separately. Through our network of more than 100 sub-dealers we deliver the brands we distribute anywhere in Turkey, and we can still take on commissioning if you wish.
