Solo 365 Field Service Pack

Unlike other electronic detector testing systems, the Solo 365 does not require manufacturer refurbishment or servicing when any single component breaks, as the high-use parts are available for replacement by the user. The field service pack contains all user-replaceable components for the Solo 365 smoke detector test head, allowing engineers to carry spares everywhere they go to almost completely eliminate downtime due to damaged or worn-out equipment. Containing a cup and membrane, smoke generator module, and a battery, this kit includes almost everything needed to keep a Solo 365 in working order. Designed for use only with Solo 365 equipment Easy to install, field-replaceable design – no service requirement Test more detectors in less time by carrying spares instead of going back to the van The field service pack contains: 1x Cup & Membrane 1x Smoke Generator 1x Lithium Ion Battery Pack Small, lightweight component designs make carrying spares far easier Reduced downtime due to damaged equipment Please note: ES3 smoke cartridges and the universal charging kit are not included in this pack.

Solo 365 Replacement Cup and Membrane

The Solo 365 has a clear cup to surround the smoke detector, containing the specially formulated synthetic smoke to achieve accurate functional testing without flooding and possibly contaminating the sensor. The translucent plastic allows engineers to to see the progress of each cycle as well as check any status indicator LEDs on the detector being tested. A membrane is fitted to the rim of the cup to help form a seal around the detector and further prevent wastage. Designed for use only with Solo 365 equipment Quick and easy to swap out while on the job Controlled smoke delivery for less wastage and more efficient testing See-through plastic lets engineers check indicator LEDs on detectors Contains simulated smoke to prevent wastage and increase test efficiency Works with the Solo 365's integrated proximity sensor for automated testing Pivots independently from the head unit to fit over hard-to-reach detectors

Solo 365 Replacement Smoke Generator

This replacement Smoke Generator for the Solo 365 smoke detector tester is designed to produce on-demand test smoke in conjunction with the ES3 Smoke Cartridge. As with most core components of the Solo 365, the Smoke Generator was created with the user in mind and is easy to replace should its performance drop for any reason. Designed for use only with Solo 365 equipment Works with the ES3 Smoke Cartridge Automatically creates smoke when the Solo 365 cup is over a detector head On-demand, 5-second smoke cycles prevent wastage and detector contamination Easy to install, field-replaceable design – no manufacturer service required Test more detectors in less time by carrying spares instead of going back to the van

Solo 365 Spare Battery Pack

The Solo 365 smoke detector tester is not compatible with the battery batons used for other testing equipment, such as the Testifire or Solo 400 series, and instead uses a new battery pack that fits in the head of the unit. Utilising high-capacity Lithium Ion technology, the new Solo 365 battery pack can be recharged by a standard MicroUSB cable from almost any power source while the small and lightweight design means spares can easily be carried around on site. Designed for use only with Solo 365 equipment Available individually and in packs of 4 Small, lightweight design makes carrying spares far easier than traditional Solo battery batons High-capacity Lithium Ion technology Rechargeable via MicroUSB from almost any power source with the Universal Charging Kit Test more detectors in less time by carrying spares instead of going back to the van

Solo 365 Universal Charging Kit

The Solo 365 Universal Charging Kit allows engineers to charge their Solo 365 batteries from almost any power source. Containing the correct type of USB cable for the battery and CE Marked transformer, the selection of changeable international plug faces enable even the most far-reaching companies to benefit from the new Solo 365 detector testing equipment. As it uses a standard USB connection this kit even works with most portable power banks and laptops, allowing the Solo 365 to be recharged almost anywhere. Designed for use with the Solo 365 Battery Pack Works with most USB power sources and a wide range of international power supplies Supplied with transformer block to provide optimum voltage and current Simple click-on plug face design No large "power brick" required, reducing bulk and weight for transportation Please note: The Solo 365 Head & Core Components Kit includes a Universal Charger Kit as standard.

Solo 423 & 424 – Mains Powered Heat Detector Testers

The Solo mains powered heat detector testers are designed specifically for checking heat detectors using a genuine and safe heat source. Available in two voltage versions, the mains powered heat detector testers are supplied with a 5m (16ft) cable and are suitable for use on fixed temperature, rate-of-rise and combination detectors up to 90 °C (194 °F). The Solo telescopic poles allow the tester to access heat detectors at height, therefore eliminating the need for ladders or scaffolding. Provides detectors with a genuine and safe heat source Designed in accordance with the Construction Regulations 1996 and the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 Suitable for the majority of modern heat detectors Can be used on fixed temperature, rate-of-rise and combination detectors up to 90 °C/194 °F Rapid activation times Available in two versions: Solo 423 - 110/120V Solo 424 - 220/240V Lightweight and easy to use Supplied with a 5m/16ft cable as standard Compatible with Solo telescopic poles for testing at height

Solo 425 – Heat Detector Tester 5m Extension Cable

Allowing technicians to test heat detectors without the need for ladders or scaffolding, Solo telescopic and extension access poles are used in conjunction with Solo mains powered heat detector testers. This 5m/16ft extension cable ensures that the Solo mains powered heat detector testers can be used where multiple poles are required to achieve a long working height. Cable length: 5m/16ft Designed to help power Solo mains heat detector testers Needed for applications where multiple telescopic or extension poles are used Allows testing of heat detectors mounted at greater height
