KwikDraw Tubes

KwikDraw detector Tubes formerly known as MSA/AUER detector tubes are a reliable method of testing more than 200 hazardous gases and vapors. A sample is drawn by connecting the detector tube to a special bellows-type pump that draws a known volume of air with each stroke. The Sensing Chemical in detector tubes will change color if target gas is present in the sample air. The length of this discoloration indicates the concentration of the hazardous gas or Vapour and can be measured by a printed scale on most of the tubes.

KwikDraw Detector Tubes are pre-calibrated and provide quick, economical monitoring for wide range of various Toxic and Hazardous gases. The Kwikdraw Deluxe pump and Gas Tester II offer automatic stoke counter with unique end of stroke indicator.

The Uniphos KwikSense Smart Digital Gas Transmitter is a universal gas transmitter capable of detecting a wide range of toxic and flammable gases that may be present in industrial process. Smart Sensor in the transmitter enable us to swap them between any Sensor Technology. It is a field mounted device which is compatible with all Uniphos Smart Gas Sensors and is suitable for the detection and continuous monitoring of hazardous gas leaks in your working site.

Our groundbreaking Smart Sensor Technology, with Transportable Calibration, allows quick sensor changes with pre-calibrated gas sensors, saving time and money. Also, the non-intrusive calibration allows customer to perform calibration in the hazardous areas without opening the transmitters, thus reducing the downtime of calibration.

KwikSense RD (Remote Display) Transmitter

The Uniphos KwikSense RD enables users to duplicate the transmitter display at a second remote location. This is particularly useful if the gas transmitter is located in a location where its display is difficult to view or in case a second display is required. It can act as a controller and/or as a bridge between the detector and controller.

It comes with an industry-standard RS-485 MODBUS-RTU and 4-20 mA output to connect the controller as well as the detector. All settings can be configured using the supplied non-intrusive magnetic wand.

The KwikSense RD has numerous international certifications including ATEX, IECEx, SIL2, and INMETRO.
