The FORTEM® helmet-mounted multi-function Dual-Light™ flashlight is the most versatile choice for helmet-mounted hands-free lighting. The powerful 220 lumen outshines the competition with a tightly focused flashlight and a beam distance of 183 meters (600 feet). Choose from two additional lower lumen settings at 100 or 30 lumens to adjust the amount of concentrated light. Located just below the flashlight is the 45 degree angled floodlight to illuminate the ground. Brightness settings for the floodlight give the choice of 100 or 50 lumens for typical use, as well as a Survival Mode at 15 lumens for emergency situations. The Dual-Light™ mode (both the flashlight and the floodlight turned on at the same time) lights up the distance and the ground at the same time for maximum versatility and safety. The light also has a green, rear-facing LED light so that others can easily identify team personnel in smoke-filled or dusty environments.Fits on any fire helmet (or side-brim hard hat) with an up-turned or down-turned brim. The Nightstick USB-4510F Multi-Flood Headlamp is designed to be a lightweight area flood light with white, green, or red light. The light can be worn alone with the included strap or attached to the brim of a ball cap with the adjustable clip.The waterproof USB-4510F is manufactured from rugged engineered polymer and features a multi-color LED. In white light mode, the headlamp is rated at 250 Lumens for 7 hours in high mode and 60 Lumens for up to 35 hours while in low. The red and green light modes run for over 12 hours. The front-mounted dual switches provide quick access to the different light modes for easy, intuitive operation. With a built-in charge indicator and included USB-C charging cable the integrated LiPo battery supplies power.

The helmet-mounted multi-function flashlight is the most versatile choice for helmet-mounted hands-free lighting. This light outshines the competition with its powerful 360 lumen tightly focused flashlight and a beam distance rating of 218 meters (715 feet). Also includes a lower 180 lumen setting for increased runtime.
The 4640 also features a 30 lumen for 30 hours Survival Mode. It will fit on any fire helmet (or side-brim hard hat) regardless of whether it has an up-turned or down-turned brim thanks to the multi-angle mount that allows the user to fine-tune the exact light position and angle for optimal aim. This feature makes it possible to not only avoid goggles, face shields, and other helmet-worn gear but also place the light exactly where it’s needed. NIGHTSTICK ™ NSP-4608BC DUAL-LIGHT™ HEADLAMP W/HARD HAT CLIP & MOUNT
This 220 lumen 3 AAA Dual-Light™ headlamp w/hard hat clip & mount features a multi-position tilt head design and includes an integrated stainless steel clip and adhesive hard hat mounting bracket for hands-free operation. This headlamp combines a tight-beam long-throw spotlight, with a wide-beam close area floodlight. Rated at 180 & 100 lumens respectively, the high and low-brightness spotlight beams on this headlamp are designed for distance illumination.
This headlamp also has two wide-beam floodlight settings rated at 140 & 80 lumens. The floodlight spreads out in a wide even pattern of light expressly for the purpose of providing illumination of areas that are close by. Additionally, any combination of spotlight & floodlight settings can be selected simultaneously for even greater functionality. This Zone 0, Intrinsically Safe low-profile Dual-Light headlamp with hard hat clip is cULus, ATEX and IECEx listed Intrinsically Safe. This headlamp features a multi-position tilt head design and includes an integrated Stainless Clip for attachment to most hard hat mounting brackets. Both the spotlight and the floodlight use LEDs and an advanced TIR lens designed to optimize lumen output and beam pattern.
Front-mounted switches provide easy access to the spotlight for distance illumination, the floodlight for close-up illumination, and Dual-Light for maximum lighting, versatility, and user safety.
