Uniphos Oil Spectrophotometer

The Uniphos Oil Spectrophotometer is a light and compact portable microprocessor based nondispersive spectrophotometer tailormade for the analysis of metal elements in edible Oil. The sample oil is first treated with a variety of reagents to create a colored dye. The instrument measures the absorbance of the infrared light passed through this colored dye and calculates the concentration of metal impurities present in the Oil in ppm. The clear digital display and simple user interface makes the analysis easy to operate even by an ordinary technician. With datalogging included as standard and the USB interface present in the instrument allows the user to easily transfer the stored data along with time and date to a computer.

The Uniphos FumiGuard is an advanced continuous gas detection system for detecting Phosphine (PH3). It has been specially designed for applications like fence line or peripheral monitoring of a fumigated area.  

It comprises of a master control unit and up to 8 gas detection heads. The modular design of the system enables the user to easily connect multiple detection heads in a loop (daisy chain), saving cable cost in the process. With in-built GSM connectivity, the gas readings are uploaded to the cloud, where they can be viewed from anywhere in the world on a laptop or mobile device and alarm functions can easily be configured, allowing 24/7 perimeter monitoring and ensuring compliance to local regulations.

Uniphos 500 H16 Multi Channel controller with HMI

The Uniphos 500 H16 is an adaptable, compact MODBUS based controller which can connect up to 8 to 16 numbers of KwikSense Gas Transmitters. It comes in 2 variants – 8 channel and 16 channels. Being a Modbus Scanner, it receives data in MODBUS RTU format from the digital gas transmitters and displays the required output on its screen. Each channel in the controller is user settable for alarms, tags etc. The Uniphos 500 H16 has 3 common potential-free relay contacts to control alarms or any other equipment. The on-board data logging allows easy access to historical data via a USB interface

The emission of pollutants such as CO, CO2, NO, NO2, total NOx, SO2 etc. from stacks are often measured and reported for regulatory compliance purposes on a mass flow rate basis. Mass flow rates are typically calculated and reported in units of lbs or kg per hour and tons per year for these pollutants. The pollutant mass flow rate is a function of the pollutant concentration of the stack gas, the stack size & shape, and the stack gas velocity. 

The Uniphos Integrated Temperature, Pressure and Flow Probe is meant for continuous and real time measurement of Temperature, Pressure and velocity of gases in industrial stacks. All the three sensors are integrated on a single flange and can easily be mounted on the stack without any hassle.

The Uniphos peroxide value meter features an advanced Silicon Photodiode light detector to accurately measure the Peroxide value in edible oil samples.  

Peroxides are the primary products of oil oxidation and they can be used as a measure oil rancidity. The sample oil is first treated with a variety of reagents to create a colored dye. The instrument measures the absorbance of the light passed through this colored dye and relates it to the peroxide value of the oil. With datalogging included as standard and the USB interface present in the instrument allows the user to easily transfer the stored data along with time and date to a computer.
