The FORTEM® helmet-mounted multi-function Dual-Light™ flashlight is the most versatile choice for helmet-mounted hands-free lighting. The powerful 220 lumen outshines the competition with a tightly focused flashlight and a beam distance of 183 meters (600 feet). Choose from two additional lower lumen settings at 100 or 30 lumens to adjust the amount of concentrated light. Located just below the flashlight is the 45 degree angled floodlight to illuminate the ground. Brightness settings for the floodlight give the choice of 100 or 50 lumens for typical use, as well as a Survival Mode at 15 lumens for emergency situations. The Dual-Light™ mode (both the flashlight and the floodlight turned on at the same time) lights up the distance and the ground at the same time for maximum versatility and safety. The light also has a green, rear-facing LED light so that others can easily identify team personnel in smoke-filled or dusty environments.Fits on any fire helmet (or side-brim hard hat) with an up-turned or down-turned brim. The 360-degree pivoting mount allows precise positioning to avoid goggles, face shields, and other helmet-worn gear. Rated IP-X7 rated waterproof and meets the requirement for NFPA-1971-8.6 (2013). This is a battery-powered all LED Dual-Light™ Headlamp. This headlamp combines a tight-beam long-throw spotlight, with a wide-beam close area floodlight. Rated at 30 lumens, the spotlight beam on this headlamp is designed for distance illumination. In addition to the spotlight beam, this headlamp also has a wide-beam 15 lumens floodlight. The floodlight spreads out in a wide even pattern of light expressly for the purpose of providing illumination of areas that are close by. Additionally, both the spotlight and the floodlight can be turned on at the same time, thus allowing for dual illumination of both distant objects and ones that are close. That's the idea behind Dual Light. The unique design of the head, allows it to be tilted down for optimum light positioning. The elastic headband is adjustable and has a pair of rubberized strips around the inside perimeter that keep the strap in place.  Powered by 3 included AAA batteries, this Dual Light headlamp will run for 15 hours in Spotlight Mode, 36.5 hours in Floodlight Mode, and 12 hours in Dual-Light™ Mode.

The low-profile Dual-Light™ headlamp is designed specifically to work on fire helmets and hard hats that have a flip-up face shield. The unique low-profile shape allows the user to work without having to remove the headlamp when raising or lowering their face shield. Manufactured from glass-filled nylon polymer and features a multi-position tilt head design. Both the spotlight and the floodlight use LED’s with and an advanced TIR lens designed to optimize lumen output and beam pattern. The spotlight and the floodlight are both rated at 250 lumens in high mode and 125 lumens in low mode. Front-mounted dual switches provide easy access to the spotlight for distance illumination, the floodlight for close-up illumination, and Dual-Light for maximum lighting, versatility, and user safety. Rated IP-X7 rated waterproof. Meets the requirement for NFPA-1971-8.6 (2013). Includes a heavy-duty rubber head strap for use on a fire helmet or hard hat. Powered by 3 AA batteries (included).
