Dräger PARAT 1260
The Dräger PARAT 1260 is an extra small filtering escape device used with a mouthpiece and nose clip and equipped with a multi-gas ABEK filter. It gives 10 minutes of protection against a variety of toxic industrial gases and vapours and is approved to DIN 58647-7, the only recognised standard for filtering industrial escape devices. The device and filter are vacuum sealed in an aluminium barrier bag, making it better suited to diverse climate zones. It is the smallest escape respirator in the PARAT family: it fits in the palm of your hand and can be carried in a pocket or, using the integrated belt clip, on a belt or work clothing. It is suitable for people who wear glasses or have beards. The robust case protects the device in extreme working conditions, and an anti-tamper seal breaks as soon as the case is opened. Translucent parts of the case let you inspect the device and the donning pictograms, and the filter expiry date is protected against abrasion.
