Dräger X-plore Bayonet Filters
Dräger X-plore Bayonet is a filter range with a Dräger-specific bayonet connection, for use with X-plore 3300/3500 half masks and the X-plore 5500 full face mask. Because the filter sits at the side of the mask, the wearer has a wide, unobstructed field of vision. The special composition and folding of the filter paper increase its surface, and the large opening in the housing eases air intake, so breathing resistance is low. The bayonet lock guides the filter into the correct position and grip surfaces make fitting easier. The housing is durable plastic; double splash protection (housing and water-repellent paper) protects the wearer. Filters are packed in pairs; shelf life from the production date is 6 years for gas and combination filters. Gas filters can be extended to combination filters with additional pads or with the Dräger X-plore Pure and an adapter. The range includes ten types: A1, A1 P3 R D, A1B1E1, A1B1E1K1, A1B1E1K1 Hg P3 R D, A2, A2 P3 R D, A2B2, A2B2 P3 R D and A2B2E2K2 Hg P3 R D. Filter choice depends on the substance.
