Dräger X-plore 1900
The Dräger X-plore 1900 is a premium disposable dust mask with a three-panel fold-flat design, giving protection against fine dust and solid and liquid particles. It is available in two sizes (S and M/L) and in protection classes FFP1, FFP2 and FFP3 according to EN 149:2001+A1:2009; colour coding identifies the class quickly: yellow for FFP1, orange for FFP2 and red for FFP3. The SmartFOLD design with innovative double reinforcement keeps the mask shape very stable and leaves generous breathing space; exhaled air is directed downwards, lowering the perceived temperature inside the mask. The flexible looped VarioFLEX head harness is easy to put on; on 1900+ versions the strap length is adjustable with EasyStop. A flexible nose clip integrated into the filter material and a soft nose cushion inside give a good seal around the nose, and the mask does not shift even when the wearer speaks. The design was developed to be fully compatible with eye protection, so spectacle wearers can use it comfortably without the glasses fogging. The CoolSAFE filter material combines high filtration efficiency with low breathing resistance; the optional exhalation valve lowers resistance further and helps prevent heat and moisture building up in the mask. The masks have passed the dolomite dust test. Each mask is hygienically and individually packed against contamination, and the compact fold-flat design saves storage space. Single-shift use (NR).
