The Uniphos Pro is a portable gas monitor that idesigned with durability and reliability in mind. It comes with an OLED display which clearly shows the gas concentration, battery level, and other information needed to operate and set up the instrument for use. The backlit OLED display enables the user to read the concentration levels even in dark. With user-settable data logging features the device can logs gas concentration values with date and time.

The Uniphos pro can be used to measure various types of Toxic, flammable, and hazardous gases. With loud 85 dB audible alarms, the user is instantly alerted once gas levels breach the set alarm limits.

The Uniphos peroxide value meter features an advanced Silicon Photodiode light detector to accurately measure the Peroxide value in edible oil samples.  

Peroxides are the primary products of oil oxidation and they can be used as a measure oil rancidity. The sample oil is first treated with a variety of reagents to create a colored dye. The instrument measures the absorbance of the light passed through this colored dye and relates it to the peroxide value of the oil. With datalogging included as standard and the USB interface present in the instrument allows the user to easily transfer the stored data along with time and date to a computer.

The Uniphos TSS probe utilizes optical spectroscopic technique to determine the presence of suspended solids in Industrial wastewater, surface water, etc.  Utilizing an IR light source and IR detector to determine the TSS, as well as a solenoid valve for auto purging/ cleaning the sensor, the instrument provides an accurate and affordable solution for TSS monitoring in wastewater.

Equipped with a next generation touchscreen HMI controller for display and programming the unit, the probe provides a variety of data communication options such as RS-485 MODBUS and industry standard 4-20 mA analog output. 

Uniphos Tubes

Detector Tube Technology  The Uniphos brand of detector tubes are used with the precision ASP-40 piston hand pump. The air sample is drawn through the narrow tube containing a specific gas sensing chemical causing a color change.  The length of color stain gives the concentration which is read directly from the measurement scale printed on the tube. The piston style pump and tube configuration often have the measurement based on a single pump stroke.   Uniphos detector tubes provide a simple measurement of chemicals in gas samples. Since the tubes are pre-calibrated, no calibration is necessary and hence are absolutely free of maintenance.   More than 250 different Uniphos Gas Detection Tubes are available for over 150 different chemicals and concentration ranges
