Specific optical filters in the fluorescence cell in addition to moisture and hydrocarbon scrubbing systems ensures removal of any interferences making the analyzer highly specific for SO2 detection.  

The optical excitation of SO2 molecules results in fluorescence in the wavelength region typically between 240-420 nm and the fluorescence intensity is related to SO2 concentration.  

The Analyzer is equipped with the latest embedded and IOT technologies which enables the user to perform Auto/ Remote calibration. The analyzer comes with built in diagnostics and internal memory which can store the test results along with date and time.

MBr Gas Detector Tubes

Gas Detector tubes, also known as colorimetric gas detection tubes, are sealed glass tubes filled with a sensing chemical. When air from inside or outside the fumigated space is drawn through the tube using the appropriate gas sampling pump, the sensing chemical inside changes color and forms a stain. The length of the stain thus formed is proportional to the gas concentration present at the point of sampling and can be easily read from the scale printed on the tube.  

Detector tubes enable the user to easily make spot measurements of Methyl Bromide in the fumigated area. MBr Tubes are available in the lower concentration levels of 1 ppm.

The 500 W2 Dual Channel Controller is designed to accept analog 4-20 mA signal from one or two transmitters providing centralized monitoring of gas concentrations at one or two locations. The hi-viz LED display aids in providing a clear reading of the gas concentration even from a distance or in low light situations. The two-user settable alarm set points per channel and 3 relay contacts corresponding to each alarm condition provide a plethora of connection options. The additional RS-485 port enables easy data transfer from the controller to a PC.

Chemical Oxygen demand is defined as the amount of oxygen required for the oxidation of all the organic compounds present in the water sample.  

The portable, microprocessor based Uniphos COD analyzer operates on the non-dispersive absorption principle to measure COD of waste / effluent water samples. This easy to use battery operated analyzer features an easy to use intuitive interface and has in-built data logging facility as standard. The stored data can either be exported to a computer or printed as a report to a RS-232 printer.
A COD Digester is also provided with the COD analyzer for digestion of the water sample mixed with reagents. It is a robust instrument capable of accommodating 25 vials at a time. A PID controller in the digester ensures that all the samples are heated precisely to 150oC.
