Uniphos Multiport FumiTrack is a portable, programmable, fully automatic multi-port gas monitor for the periodic monitoring of Methyl Bromide during Fumigation. Housed in a tough Pelican Storm Case, it provides superior protection in tough environments. The multi-port FumiTrack is capable of periodic measurement from up to 4 ports at user-settable intervals. With the addition of an 8-port expansion pack, monitoring can be expanded from up to 12 ports. Equipped with the latest embedded and IoT technologies, the inbuilt GSM modem pushes data to the cloud and enables the user to remotely monitor gas concentration levels, with information like Cycle No., Date, Time, Site & Location. Once programmed, the FumiTrack will work automatically, without any human intervention, for the entire fumigation period, enabling the user to remotely monitor the fumigation from anywhere in the world.

The Uniphos Single Port FumiTrack delivers unmatched performance for the detection and continuous monitoring of Methyl Bromide during Fumigation. The unit draws gas samples at pre-determined intervals from inside the fumigation chamber / silo / container with a powerful inbuilt air sampling pump capable of drawing from upto 100m of tubing. Equipped with the latest embedded and IoT technologies, the inbuilt GSM modem pushes data to the cloud and enables the user to remotely monitor gas concentrations of the fumigant and ensure that they are at the right levels at all times during the entire fumigation process.

Gas Detector tubes, also known as colorimetric gas detection tubes, are sealed glass tubes filled with a sensing chemical. When air from inside or outside the fumigated space is drawn through the tube using the appropriate gas sampling pump, the sensing chemical inside changes color and forms a stain. The length of the stain thus formed is proportional to the gas concentration present at the point of sampling and can be easily read from the scale printed on the tube.
Detector tubes enable the user to easily make spot measurements of Methyl Bromide in the fumigated area. MBr Tubes are available in the lower concentration levels of 1 ppm.

The Uniphos FumiSpec-Lo is a Single Gas Sulfuryl Fluoride (SO2F2) measurement and alarm monitor designed for leak detection during the fumigation process and in the clearing procedure prior to re-entry. It is equipped with a non-dispersive infrared, dual wavelength sensor to detect low concentrations of Sulfuryl Fluoride. With user-settable data logging features the device can log gas concentration values with date and time.
FumiSpec-Lo has been approved by Douglas Products, USA, the owner of the Vikane® and ProFume® fumigant brand and is one of the few devices to pass rigorous testing by the USEPA (United States Environmental Protection Agency) for accuracy and false negatives at the clearance concentration of 1 ppm.
