The helmet-mounted multi-function flashlight is the most versatile choice for helmet-mounted hands-free lighting. This light outshines the competition with its powerful 360 lumen tightly focused flashlight and a beam distance rating of 218 meters (715 feet). Also includes a lower 180 lumen setting for increased runtime. The 4640 also features a 30 lumen for 30 hours Survival Mode. It will fit on any fire helmet (or side-brim hard hat) regardless of whether it has an up-turned or down-turned brim thanks to the multi-angle mount that allows the user to fine-tune the exact light position and angle for optimal aim. This feature makes it possible to not only avoid goggles, face shields, and other helmet-worn gear but also place the light exactly where it’s needed. Rated IP-X7 rated waterproof and meets the requirement for NFPA-1971-8.6 (2013). Powered by 2 CR123 batteries (included).

The low-profile Dual-Light™ headlamp is designed specifically to work on fire helmets and hard hats that have a flip-up face shield. The unique low-profile shape allows the user to work without having to remove the headlamp when raising or lowering their face shield. Manufactured from glass-filled nylon polymer and features a multi-position tilt head design. Both the spotlight and the floodlight use LED’s with and an advanced TIR lens designed to optimize lumen output and beam pattern. The spotlight and the floodlight are both rated at 250 lumens in high mode and 125 lumens in low mode. Front-mounted dual switches provide easy access to the spotlight for distance illumination, the floodlight for close-up illumination, and Dual-Light for maximum lighting, versatility, and user safety. Rated IP-X7 rated waterproof. Meets the requirement for NFPA-1971-8.6 (2013). Includes a heavy-duty rubber head strap for use on a fire helmet or hard hat. Powered by 3 AA batteries (included).

The unique low-profile shape allows the user to work without having to remove the headlamp when raising or lowering their face shield. The NSP-4614B is manufactured from glass-filled nylon polymer and features a multi-position tilt head design making it both tough and versatile. Both the spotlight and the floodlight on the 4614 use a set of LEDs and an advanced (TIR) Total Internal Reflection set of lenses designed to optimize lumen output and beam pattern. The spotlight and the floodlight are both rated at 150 Lumens in high-brightness mode and 75 Lumens while in low. The front-mounted dual switches provide easy access to the spotlight for distance illumination, the floodlight for close-up illumination, and Dual-Light (both the spotlight and the floodlight on simultaneously) for maximum lighting, versatility, and user safety. The NSP-4614B includes a heavy-duty rubber head strap for use on a hard hat, as well as, a non-slip elastic head strap for use on a ball cap or directly on the user’s head.
